How It All Got Started
Currey Group began with Cara and Chris Currey, two licensed Washington real estate professionals with complementary skill sets. Their hard work and success with Windermere in greater Seattle established them as top agents in the region.
In 2007-2008 when the economy began to slide an opportunity presented itself. Cara and Chris turned their focus to distressed assets and, in doing so, became specialists in successfully handling bank owned properties and new construction projects. Currey Group was born.
We have since evolved from distressed asset specialists into our present role focusing on area builders and helping them market and sell homes in new construction communities throughout greater Seattle.
Today we are a thriving real estate team that serves homebuyers, home sellers, builders, banks, and land specialists.
